Because it tastes totally decadently divine made with just water and one cup is only around 13 calories!
Of course, it's when you're on your 4th or 5th cup of the day that you realise you have been seduced by the dark side.
I wonder if I bought super-expensive, super-food chocolate from Shazzie, if I would gulp it down quite as quickly.

I just clicked the link, and it says a tsp of powder has 51 calories... so are you using less than a third of a tsp? And sucralose? Or am I missing something (entirely possible)?
Yes, you misread the KJ for Kcal. Don't do that to me!! I just had a minor panic. :-)
(I've got it loaded into CoM and am measuring anyway. I actually make mine with 2 - 3g cocoa. No sucralose or sweetener at all).
I LOVE Green & Blacks, but I can't find this plain cocoa. I need to search more carefully and make lots more suggestions to my local store.
