I spent 4 wonderful all-too-short days in Portugal on the Algarve last week. Lots of pottering around, and lying in the sun (well, in the shade but there was lots of sun!), and generally relaxing. It must be so easy to be CR'd in warm climates; all I wanted to eat was lots and lots of the wonderful tomatoes and cucumbers that were in the markets.
Some random pics of interesting things, and a gratutious vanity shot.

Gorgeous pictures, Sara! Thanks for sharing. I totally envy you... what a wonderful place to holiday.
Oh, yes, I'm sure I'd be much more successful with CR in warmer climes. When I vacationed in Mexico, I just naturally gravitated toward all the fresh vegetables and fruit. And felt full sooner than usual.
Here in Winnipeg, even in the summer, I always have an easier time. Then winter hits and I inhale every heavy soup and stew my eyes land on!
I love the pictures! Glad you had a relaxing time and enjoyed some warm, sunny weather. There's nothing like a healthy dose of sunshine and a few days of rest to raise the spirits!
Hi Sara,
I hope this finds you well and thank you for taking the time to read this.
I am researching for the Sunday Telegraph’s Stella magazine. Our features editor would like to do a feature on women in the UK who have embarked on the CRON diet. I was just wondering if you would be interested in speaking to us? Sorry to contact you this way but I couldn’t find an alternative means.
If you are interested perhaps you could send an e-mail to anna.vanpraagh@telegraph.co.uk.
Many thanks and with best wishes,
Henry
All right now. We've had almost 3 months with no Sara blog. More please! JD :-)
Now it's FOUR months! Come back, Sara!
